Brittany Reams is a certified group cycle instructor and has been an avid long distance runner for many years. She offers a variety of styles within her group fitness classes to provide her clients with fresh, effective workouts. Clients love her infectious enthusiasm and energy!
Haley Gillespie has been a Certified Personal Trainer for over ten years and worked with clients of all ages and abilities in Western Maryland, Southern California, and Seattle. In addition, she holds a Master of Science in Nutrition and Health Promotion and certifications in yoga, group fitness, and wellness coaching. Haley’s approach to fitness is holistic – working to help individuals achieve healthy body weight, correct muscle imbalances, improve flexibility, and elevate overall health through nutrition. She specializes in helping clients identify roadblocks, achieve weight loss goals, and overcome self-defeating behaviors.
Kelli Sisler loves exercising and helping others achieve their fitness goals. She is a Certified Personal Trainer and also holds certifications in Zumba Gold, Zumba Toning, Zumba Basic 2, and Jump Start Gold, as well as yoga and group cycling. Kelli brings tons of energy to the gym and makes it her priority to keep her clients motivated and excited about their fitness.
Shannon Germain has been practicing yoga for over 10 years. She hopes to share her passion for yoga with her clients by encouraging a safe space to fight stress in both the body and mind. Her main goals in her classes are to share deep stretching and restorative movement, while concentrating on proper alignment and healthy head space.
Will O’Neill is a certified personal trainer. He is dedicated to personalizing his clients’ experience in order to help them reach their fitness goals. He enjoys staying fit and healthy and hopes that he can help his clients to do the same.
