Whatever your fitness goals, WildWood can get you there.

HOW IT BEGAN

When Beachy Lumber closed its doors to builders, the space was transformed into a state-of-the-art athletic training facility. Opening its doors in 2007, WildWood Athletic Club refocused a building legacy from wood and nails to sweat and muscle.

You ask yourself…

WHY SHOULD I JOIN?

The reasons are many but here are a few:

  • Aid in weight management and reduction the risk of type 2 diabetes.

  • Lowered blood pressure and improved heart health.

  • Improved quality of sleep.

  • Reduced feelings of anxiety and depression.

  • Increased strength and improved coordination.

  • Quicker recovery from injury and illness.

Two Gyms In One.

Our spacious, two-story building covers 15,000 square feet. Natural pine interior and hardwood flooring span the entire main level. WildWood Athletic Club offers something for everyone regardless of age or fitness level. Our member video tutorial series quickly demonstrates how to use the equipment and trained staff are on hand to answer questions during regular hours of operation.

Main Level

The main level features a group fitness exercise room, including a stage, mirrors, and a sound system. Spacious, clean locker rooms with showers are conveniently located near the lobby. A variety of cardio machines with television screens (personal headsets required) are situated near large, plate-glass windows. Members of all fitness levels can enjoy biomechanically-correct weight machines for easy and safe strength training. See our member video tutorials to learn the proper use of equipment, or ask our trained staff for assistance.

Lower Level

Downstairs, over 5,000 pounds of weights is any lifter’s dream. Two flat-screen televisions are placed in each of the two spacious rooms on this level – one targeting upper-body and the other for lower-body exercises. A full set of dumbbells from 5 to 100 pounds line the mirrored walls. Rubberized flooring offers a perfect cushioned surface for the use of free weights.
