Haley Gillespie has been a Certified Personal Trainer for over ten years and worked with clients of all ages and abilities in Western Maryland, Southern California, and Seattle. In addition, she holds a Master of Science in Nutrition and Health Promotion and certifications in yoga, group fitness, and wellness coaching. Haley’s approach to fitness is holistic – working to help individuals achieve healthy body weight, correct muscle imbalances, improve flexibility, and elevate overall health through nutrition. She specializes in helping clients identify roadblocks, achieve weight loss goals, and overcome self-defeating behaviors.
Regina Booker is an International Federation of Body Builders (IFBB) Fitness Professional. She has certifications in dance and safety from U.S. All Star Federation as well as training from Varsity University in safety, concussion training, nutrition, and proper technique. Regina has won numerous National Dance Champion titles, competed in 6 National Physique Committee (NPC) fitness competitions, and has led the Toxic Twist Crew dance group since 2007. Her dancing has been featured on MTV, and she also teaches dance and gymnastics at Jessica’s Creations.
Kelli Sisler loves exercising and helping others achieve their fitness goals. She is a Certified Personal Trainer and also holds certifications in Zumba Gold, Zumba Toning, Zumba Basic 2, and Jump Start Gold, as well as yoga and group cycling. Kelli brings tons of energy to the gym and makes it her priority to keep her clients motivated and excited about their fitness.
Brandon Booker is a fitness enthusiast. His hobbies range from golfing to extreme break dancing. He has competed in powerlifting competitions as well as in multiple National Physique Committee (NPC) competitions. He holds certifications in both Hip Hop and Gymnastics.
