 Nutrition Session:

  • Free initial consultation with Robbin.
  • Sessions are designed to help you create a happy, healthy life in a way that is flexible, effective, and enjoyable.
  • By working together we can discover the food and lifestyle choices that best support you.
  • Making gradual, lifelong changes enables you to reach your current and future health goals.

Personal Training Session:

  • Training tailored to your individual goals, needs, and abilities.
  • Introduction to gym equipment with a fitness instructor.
  • Introductory workout plans.

About Robbin

Robbin Skipper is a Doctor of Pharmacy and a Certified Health Coach. She decided to specialize in integrative health and nutrition  to help others reach their health goals by taking a more holistic approach to diet and lifestyle.

Robbin received her Doctor of Pharmacy from West Virginia University and her Health Coach training from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. She manages WildWood Athletic Club and is dedicated to bringing health and nutrition guidance to others.

About Logan

Logan Stewart specializes in personal fitness and enjoys coaching those of all ages and fitness levels to achieve their fitness goals.

Logan earned his degree in Exercise and Sport Science, with a minor in Coaching from Frostburg State University.  He has worked with numerous teams  and schools around the area focusing on strength coaching.
